STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

- Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, so you will know that the transaction was successful.


- Afterwards, DHL or FedEx will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your purchase.


- Once you have the tracking number, you can track your order at DHL or FedEx by clicking on the buttons below.


- Important: If your waybill has only numbers and 12 digits, your package will be shipped via FedEx. If your waybill has only numbers and 10 digits, your package will be shipped via DHL.

- In case of a total or partial cancellation of your order, you will be notified. If the order is partially cancelled, the cancelled items will be refunded and in case of total cancellation, the total order including shipping will be refunded.
