SHIPMENTS

Our #1 priority is to deliver our orders as fast as possible, with the highest quality in our service. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. It is necessary to wait 1-2 days so your order can be processed, depending on the time you placed it. We do not offer shipping o weekends, so orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following week.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days):

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except holidays).


• PUMA is not responsible for damages or loss of any product after the delivery provided in our system.


Note: A business day refers to a normal working day and excludes Saturdays/Sundays and holidays

PAYMENTS

All information about the status of your order will be sent by email. It is very important that you ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order and check your emails regularly.


• If you have not received an order confirmation email after completing your order, please check your junk/spam folder first.


• If your junk/spam filter does not contain an email from PUMA, please contact our customer support team.


• Once your package is delivered to one of our partners (DHL/FEDEX), you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number along with a link that you can use to track the status of your package online.


In some cases, we may need to ask you for additional information to verify your identity or to comply with other laws related to commercial transactions.
