Need to return your PUMA order?
Follow these easy steps.
1. Request a Return
(Please Note : underwear & facemasks may not be returned)
Request a returns within 30 days of the order date.
Returns logged between Tuesday and Sunday will be collected the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Monday logged returns will be collected the same week, on a Tuesday/Wednesday.

2. Package your return
Place your item(s) into the original box and ensure you insert your original delivery note. Alternatively, write your P1000** Order number on the box.
3. Refund processed
Once your item(s) have been received, you will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days once our warehouse has assessed your return as per our Return Policy. I can take 3-5 days for your return to make it's way back to our warehouse.

If your order was made more than 60 days ago, contact us for help with returns.
Remember that only one return can be generated per order.

Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging unless flawed or defective. We do not accept returns of socks, underwear, and water bottles.
Any items purchased in store must be returned back to the original store of purchas
Defective products purchased online can be returned up to 60 days after purchase. Please make sure to keep the purchase note that comes in your shipping package and remember that the product must retain its original packaging.
If your package arrives with any damage or incident, it is necessary that you report it during the first 24 hours after receiving the order; sending photographs of the packaging, shipping guide and the purchased items.
