Need to return your PUMA order?
Follow these easy steps.
1. Request a Return
Note: Accessories, sports bras/tops, bodysuits, socks, thermoses, underwear, swimwear, face masks, and personalized items such as the Chivas CH14 Home Player Jersey 23-24 Men, as well as special edition jerseys, cannot be returned unless due to a warranty issue.
Returns due to a manufacturing defect must be requested within the first 60 days, while returns for other reasons can be made up to 30 days after the order date.

2. Package your return
Place your item(s) into the original box and ensure you insert your original delivery note. Alternatively, write your 5200** Order number on the box.
Remember that you have 7 days to return the product after receiving the return label.
Once you have requested a return through our customer service, you can either agree to have FEDEX/DHL come to your home to pick up the package with the items to be returned, or you can drop off the package yourself. If you choose to do it yourself, you must take your package (with the return label provided by customer service) exclusively to FEDEX/DHL, regardless of which courier originally delivered your products. This is the only way your return can be processed. PUMA is not responsible for the loss of items delivered through any courier service other than FEDEX/DHL when the purpose is a return. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized merchandise (such as printed or stickered items).
3. Refund processed
Once your items are received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within an estimated 14 days, after our warehouse has evaluated your return according to our Return Policy. It may take 3 to 5 days for the items to arrive at our warehouse.
Once the refund is processed, the Customer Service team will send an email to the user confirming the release to the banking institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging unless flawed or defective. We do not accept returns of socks, underwear, and water bottles.
Any items purchased in store must be returned back to the original store of purchas
Defective products purchased online can be returned up to 60 days after purchase. Please make sure to contact customer service and keep the purchase note that comes in your shipping package and remember that the product must retain its original packaging.
If your package arrives with any damage or incident, it is necessary that you report it during the first 24 hours after receiving the order; sending photographs of the packaging, shipping guide and the purchased items.
